Heritage

A market has been held in town since 1251 but the current view of the town is mainly 18th century; the Heritage Trail will take you on a tour of the historical highlights. The Tourist Information Centre has a copy of a survey of gravestones in St Gregory’s churchyard for anyone searching for their ancestors!
